We only use personal information you give us when you send an enquiry, ask for a brochure, or apply for a course using our website. - To inform you of HELC special offers and other news about our school which we think might be of interest to you, for example new courses, special offers and information about HELC students and staff.
- To help us improve and personalise the services we offer our clients, for example by analysing the age and nationalities of our students.
- Does HELC give information about you to other people?
We will not give anybody else the information you give us. However, In certain circumstances we may need to give information about you if required to do so by law or any other government body.

Keeping your information secure is very important to us. However, no data transmission via the Internet can always be totally secure. As a result, while we will do everything possible to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you give us, and you do send us information at your own risk.
HELC will take care to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal data we have under our control. Only authorized employees and subcontractors will be given access to the information you provide us.
- Does the HELC website use Cookies?
The HELC website does not use cookies to recognise returning users. However, the website does use cookies in the on-line booking system and the contact form to remember information that you have entered as you move from page to page.
- Do we send your information outside the UK?
We only transfer information supplied by you outside the UK with your agreement. An example would be if you agree to (or request) that we supply a HELC representative in your country with your information in order for that representative to provide you with services you require.
