The Teaching

All teaching and training takes place in a relaxed and supportive learning environment. We believe that learning is most effective when there is a partnership between teacher and learner. Lessons are planned carefully to make sure they address the needs, interests and learning styles of our students.

Our small team of dedicated, friendly teachers will do everything possible to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable learning experience at HELC.

The Teachers

All teachers at HELC are qualified in teaching English and are regularly observed by senior academic staff. We pay all teachers to attend our weekly HELC teacher development programme, and teachers also attend conferences and in-service training courses to ensure their teaching remains up to date.

Our teachers work closely together under the guidance of our academic management team to guarantee you will gain the maximum from your stay at HELC.
